Process Group for Adults 20’s thru 30’s
ONLINE
Wednesdays 5 -6pm Mountain Time
The goal of this group is to provide therapeutic support for adults in their 20’s/ 30’s.
Co-facilitators Marian Salley and Elizabeth Stahl use an improvisational approach based in mindfulness to help group members expand their awareness of self and other.
Through participating in a ritual of weekly one hour sessions and discussing whatever comes up overtime, members learn something about themselves and how they are experienced by others, what others stir up in them.
This practice builds consciousness in all kinds of group situations; families, peers, school, work, neighborhoods, clubs, professions…….
Any type of community or gathering.
Increase knowledge of group dynamics - an investment that can help with many of life’s challenges.
The current culture of this group is working with identity, social anxiety, relationship issues, family, money, emotional regulation, substance abuse, careers, job searches, next step after IOP… whatever might come up in the group, members’ lives and the culture at large.
We believe a mixed community of life situations enriches everyone.
