In this groups members are encouraged to share their emotional experiences. Both experiences that effect them in their own lives and thoughts and feelings that arise in the group. DBT skills, mindfulness techniques and other psycho-educational perspectives are included as needed,
Women’s Therapy Group
Weekly Mondays 4pm-5:30pm

ONLINE
This is a group for women who have had previous therapy experiences. In this group members explore whatever comes up, within their own minds and bodies, between group members and how the world outside the group influences who they are and what they experience. Through showing up, sharing, supporting and sifting through whatever comes up, individual situations expand and become part of a community dynamic.
Young Adult’s Group
Weekly Mondays 5pm -6pm
$60.00 a group

The goal of this group is to support young adults transitioning into adulthood. We use psycho-educational tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness approaches to help group members navigate emotional experiences and relationships. The current culture of this group is working with identity, social anxiety, relationship issues, family, emotional regulation, substance abuse… whatever might come up in the group , members’ lives and the culture at large.
This group is co-facilitated with Marian Salley, LCSW, LAC, CGP, ACS and is licensed in Colorado, New York, California, Florida, Montana, Oklahoma and Oregon
Community Circle
Weekly Tuesdays 11:30am - 12:30 am
FREE ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP
An ongoing support group since 2012. Originally began as a support group for people in transition within the homeless community. Since 2018 Community Circle has been open to anyone going through a transition. This group provides a consistent place, presence and time that people can come and go as they like.
